I've broken the keyboard into three sections to let you know what keys 
exactly to use to make the chords. Use the middle C as a reference.

Besides each note I will put a number so as to let you know where on the 
piano you hit the key.
i.e  So A2 would mean hit the A note in section 2.

Now the timing of the song is really tricky.  Thom hits all the chords at an 
even pace throughout the chord sequence, but at certain points he stops for 
a split second longer.  So after each chord I will put a * so as to let you 
know to hold the time signature a little longer
before moving on to the next chord.
